Digital Marketing Consultant, specialist in digital advertising

As part of its expansion, Knewledge is recruiting a Digital Marketing Consultant specializing in digital advertising, for its offices in Luxembourg.Knewledge is a digital marketing agency that has been a reference in online acquisition and visibility strategies since 2009.

The agency specializes in digital advertising (SEA, Display, and Social Ads), the creation of visuals for campaigns, SEO, as well as data, analytics and tracking.

Job description:

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of the agency’s clients, for whom you will create and coordinate digital campaigns.

The core of the mission is to help our advertising customers develop their business through digital advertising levers, while ensuring synergies with their overall marketing plan.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll provide a tailor-made service to your different customers to meet their online acquisition and visibility needs.

You will be supported by a Team Leader who will help you to progress and meet your customers’ needs.

Tasks:

Management of digital campaigns:

• Prepare, create and optimize digital campaigns of all types: SEA, Social Ads, Display, Video, on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, and Programmatic.
• Carry out all campaign-related activities: estimates, planning, structure, targeting, ad copywriting, etc.
• Design and adapt campaign strategies in line with business objectives and customer marketing plans.
• Analyze performance and trends, manage reportingConsultancy and customer relationship managementIdentify, understand and integrate the customer’s business and marketing environment to recommend relevant solutions
• Proactively identify and present new ideas and growth opportunities to your customers.
• Manage day-to-day customer relations and meetings
• Analyze and argue in order to convey your recommendations effectively

Project organization and coordination:

• Ensure effective organization and communication with team members
• Organize exchanges and collaboration with customers clearly and precisely
• Plan effectively to manage time and deadlines

Requirements:

• Marketing / communication experience > 3 years
• Bachelor / Master in marketing / communication
• Passionate about the digital world
• Significant experience in managing digital campaigns
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Data Studio
• Agency experience a real asset
• Comfortable with numbers and ability to make sense of data
• Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slide, PowerPoint
• Thoroughness and impeccable organizationAbility to synthesize and analyze
• Strong time management skills
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Languages: complete professional competence in French and professional competence in English. Proficiency in German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
